You covered this guy's life and death yesterday. Maybe that is sufficient until he rises on Saturday.

And though I'd normally back the left (especially if it involves his anti-LGBTQ son Franklin Graham), this time I have to stand with GeneralMac. In traditional Christianity, Jesus' death and resurrection was sufficient for all; it's in poor taste AND sacrilegious to suggest resurrecting Billy Graham. This article was specifically about his connections to Arkansas; his national obituaries wouldn't cover that. It is especially appropriate for Arkansas' Newspaper.

Here's Pastor Erwin Lutzer doing a Graham impersonation back in 2010:

The first half has some anecdotes then he gets to the impersonation. It is spot on!

Hard as I tried, I was content just to set here till rbbritian retort to that old boltar person. I often feel he is too civilized and too soft on the hominods who inhabit the right here, but cant deny he knows his stuff.

yes there are many traditions, most developed after butchering and burning heretics- their own kind who disagreed on the number of angels who could dance on a pin or other piffle, all in the name of a guy who Paul made a religion of. I would submit for your consideration that traditional Christianity also mentions and .....baptism.

I would also remind you that this resurection thing is not so special, as jarius' daughter and the stinkin Lazarus did it and who can forget [ except for all of history of that time] the zombies of matthew [ is this the matthew who knew Festus ?]

As to obituary they are made to highlight the good, but any accountant will tell you a balance sheet to be honest and fair must show the credits and the debits.

Also there are some clever mathematicians can tell you with jewish reckoning, this 3 day deal is perhaps , wrong.

And of course we know your heart doesnt matter, it is just about regurgitating certain orthodox [ man made and decided] statements, otherwise you get to suffer pain for life.

And by the way I will be busy on Saturday, so perhaps Sunday Boltar would be more appropriate for christians who repudiate their saviors relatives real sabbath. Think they should be stoned for this violation.

Hey BOLTHEAD If you could live just a day in the life of Billy Graham you would be a a real human being. as is your just a common dirt bag bound for hell if you don't make peace with God. "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" Hebrews 10: 31 good luck your going to need it.
