Peter Lee, 42, faces one count of possession of a controlled substance, according to a news release cited by the newspaper.

During a traffic stop in Oklahoma, a Sallisaw officer noted a marijuana odor coming from Lee’s 1993 Toyota pickup, the Democrat-Gazette reported. The officer reportedly executed a search and found marijuana in a toolbox in the back of the truck.

Through the investigation, authorities learned the marijuana was heading to Benton County, according to the newspaper, so that county's sheriff's office arrested him.
