Arkansas State Police troopers inspect a Ford Fusion Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, that was involved in a multiple-car collision in the northbound exit ramp on Interstate 49 at exit 69 in Johnson. Nine people were involved, with six being transported to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.

FAYETTEVILLE -- A multiple-vehicle wreck on Interstate 49 sent six people to the hospital this afternoon, according to Central EMS.
