Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Devon Shane Westbrook, 23, of 2107 Oak Hill Drive in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with rape. Westbrook was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Tiffany Paige Riggins, 26, of 611 McClure Ave. in Lowell was arrested Friday in connection with delivery or manufacturing of a counterfeit controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Riggins was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Jason Clay Hulse, 38, of 408 N. Maxwell St. was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hulse was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Jason Ellis, 37, of 3017 B. Stagecoach Ave. in Springdale was booked at 3:23 a.m. Saturday into the Washington County Detention Center in connection with rape, sexually grooming a child, sexual assault and computer child porn. Ellis was being held Saturday at the detention center on hold for another department with no bond set.

• Tyler Arnold, 27, of 699 Shorty Hill Road in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Arnold being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

Fayetteville

• A fire was reported at 6:21 p.m. Friday at 1658 N. Boxley Ave.

Rogers

• Firefighters responded to car fire at 12:41 p.m. Saturday at the E-Z Mart at 1300 West Olive St. The NWA Taxi driver had noticed there was a little bit of smoke coming out from under the hood and had time to get out before the fire spread, according to NWA Taxi LLC.

Springdale

• Firefighters extinguished a fire on the exterior of Neal's Cafe around 8 a.m. Saturday. The damage was cosmetic with no structural damage, according to the Springdale Fire Department. Micah Scott Neal said the cafe will be open today.

• An assault or battery was reported at 7:16 a.m. Saturday at 211 E. Adobe St.

• An assault or battery was reported at 3:07 a.m. Saturday at 314 N. Tanzanite Trail No. 9.

• An assault was reported at 12:36 p.m. Friday at 1100 S. 1st St.

Springdale

• An assault was reported at 4:05 p.m. Friday at 2989 Yorkshire Circle.
