Another team of Arkansans, this one captained by a Little Rock martial arts coach, was picked to film an episode of Family Feud in Los Angeles after auditioning last month.

Nathan Kirby, 42, said the team is made up of his wife, Tiffany Kirby; sons Colton and Ashton Kirby; and aunt Renee Luers-Gillispie, who lives in Florida. They'll film the show sometime between April and June.

The family loves the show and would pull up questions during dinner to practice, Nathan Kirby said.

"We're a fighting family," Nathan Kirby, who coaches at Rock City MMA, said. Nathan and Tiffany Kirby co-own the business.

Auditions were held at the Statehouse Convention Center downtown. The process took more than five hours, Nathan Kirby said.

Despite losing the first mock game, the team advanced to another round of auditions, which he credited to the group's enthusiasm.

"They got up there, and they sold it," he said.

The Kirbys are one of at least three teams to be selected from January's auditions in Little Rock, after two teams from the same extended family were invited earlier this month.
