The Loretto Chapel, Santa Fe, N.M., was the setting at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, for the marriage of Allison Jordan Hudgens and Matthew Scott Dinehart. Officiating was the Rev. James Bradley Bennett of St. John United Methodist Church, Santa Fe.

Stacy and Brad Hudgens of Hot Springs are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Joan Adkins, Martha Hudgens and Holly and Dr. John Haggard, all of Hot Springs.

Parents of the groom are Sheri and Scott Dinehart of Little Rock. He is the grandson of Marsha Dinehart and the late Elaine and Dr. Ben Smith, all of Santa Fe, and Peggy and Gene Dinehart of Albuquerque, N.M.

Traditional farolitos lighted the walkway to the historic chapel. The inside was decorated with lighted candles, evergreens and poinsettias. Music was by the Cielo String Quartet.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a ballgown of organza and English net. The fitted bodice, sheer net back and sleeves were embellished with platinum edged, hand-beaded lace, silver embroidery and crystal beaded flowers. The full skirt extended to a cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white roses, blush spray roses, white ranunculus, white freesia and dusty miller.

Matron of honor was Claire Chesshir Foster of Little Rock. Bridesmaids were Arden Cornel Brazzeal of Bentonville and Kelly Elizabeth Owen and Kiley Alyssa Bozoarth, both of Little Rock. They wore sleeveless gowns of rose water silk-shantung and carried bouquets of large blush spray roses, open blush roses, white freesia and eucalyptus.

Serving as best man was Timothy Grant Dinehart of Durham, N.C., brother of the groom. Groomsmen were John Bradford Hudgens of Houston, brother of the bride; Matthew Ryan Foster and Bradley James Bozoarth, both of Little Rock. Guests were seated by Alexander William Ahlbrandt and Adrian Banks Ahlbrandt, both of Hot Springs and cousins of the bride.

A reception at La Fonda on the Plaza was held after the ceremony. Guest tables held garden-style arrangements of white hydrangeas, white roses, white lisianthus, apricot spray roses and eucalyptus in elevated gold compotes. Guitarist Roberto Capocchi provided music during dinner and Soulstice Band played during a cocktail hour and dancing after dinner.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Hendrix College and is a senior medical student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in history from Duke University and a master's degree in education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is also a senior medical student at UAMS.

After a wedding trip to French Polynesia, the couple will live in Little Rock.
