The Little Rock Police Department's SWAT team responded to a home after a shooting there injured one person, authorities said.

The victim was shot at a residence in the 1700 block of South Pulaski Street, and the wounded individual then drove to the intersection of 24th and Park streets, less than 1 mile away, according to police. Dispatch records show officers responded to an address in the 2400 block of Park Street for a shooting report shortly before 7:30 p.m.

Members of the SWAT team at the Pulaski Street scene used a bullhorn to communicate with whoever was inside.

"We are not going to leave," one officer announced.

But by about 10 p.m., authorities had cleared out. Department spokesman Lt. Michael Ford said police did not feel they had enough probable cause to enter the home.
