Arkansas State Police
• James Kyle Dickson, 32, of 24485 Sans Souci Drive in Shell Knob, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Dickson was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Jackie Madewell, 61, of 18739 Habberton Road in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Madewell was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Andre Gardner, 36, of 2770 W. Wedington Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Gardner was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
