A rural Sebastian County woman has been arrested on charges she circulated child pornography using a computer, according to a news release from the Sebastian County Sheriff's Office.

Kelly Riley, 43, was booked into the county jail on four counts of computer child pornography. She was arrested Jan. 5 and released after posting a $10,000 bond, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Riley was arrested after the Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security received information child pornography was being downloaded at a home near the unincorporated Jenny Lind community south of Fort Smith.

Riley was interviewed and admitted trafficking in child pornography, the release said. She said she would receive and send images to others she met online. The images showed children, appearing to be ages 6 to 10, in sexual acts with adults, the release said.

Her electronic devices were being examined, and more charges could be filed if more child pornography is found, the release said.

When investigators contacted Riley she was babysitting a 5-year-old child. No evidence has been discovered that the child was harmed. The Arkansas Department of Human Services was contacted.
