Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Judy Marie Gutierrez, 35, of 2889 Yorkshire Circle Apt. B in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of delivery of controlled substance and proximity to certain facilities. Gutierrez was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Dennis Ray Daniel, 44, of 576 Johnson County 3790 in Hagarville was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a household or family member, terroristic threatening and domestic battering. Daniel was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Melissa Graham-Davis, 38, of 2300 Christine St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Graham-Davis was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Fire
Springdale
• Fire crews were called to a large commercial structure fire at 11:23 p.m. at 2675 W Sunset Ave. Crews worked through the morning to get the fire at Truck Centers of Arkansas under control, according to the Springdale Fire Department. No one was there at the time of the fire and there were no injuries, according to the department. It appears to be a total loss, but the investigation is ongoing.

• An assault or battery was reported at 6:10 p.m. Friday at the Kum & Go convenience store at 729 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
• An assault or battery was reported at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at 956 W. Cato Springs Road.
• Indecent exposure was reported at 4:41 a.m. Saturday near the Wal-Mart at 2875 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

• A robbery was reported at 7:48 p.m. Friday at 3450 W. Sunset Ave.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:45 a.m. Friday at 13752 S. Arkansas 265 in West Fork.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 2:15 p.m. Friday at 11613 S. Wedington Blacktop Road in Lincoln.
