A 27-year-old man was charged Thursday with capital murder after a Sept. 10 shooting at a Pine Bluff car wash that left one man dead and another wounded.

Kevin D. Rauls of Conway was charged with capital murder, battery, being a felon in possession of a firearm and 25 counts of committing a terroristic act.

The shooting left Roderick Burnett dead and Douglas Porter wounded, according to an affidavit from Detective Ryan Moheb of the Pine Bluff Police Department.

Rauls was arrested Nov. 15.
