A northeast Arkansan was jailed Saturday after the state's Child Abuse Hotline received a complaint of inappropriate sexual contact between a man and a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.
According to an affidavit, the girl told authorities she had woken up at least three times to Tracy Isom, 34, touching her inappropriately.
A witness told officials that the Paragould resident had told her that he "had noticed the minor was developing and he had developed feelings for her," the document states.
Isom surrendered to police Saturday and is charged with second-degree sexual assault, authorities said. Records show that he was being held at the Greene County jail on a $50,000 bond as of Monday morning.
