A North Little Rock man was arrested Sunday after saying he was going to "f*** up" a manager at McDonald's, according to police.
North Little Rock officers arrested William Phelps, 35, after he threatened the fast food chain's manager, according to police reports.
Phelps was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threatening and booked into the Pulaski County jail.
