I can see now that "the rule of law" to Ms. Rutledge is a Rorschach test: It exists only in the eye of the beholder and it's different for her than it is for many others. And it isn't the Constitution: It's her interpretation of the Constitution. We can always wrap ourselves in the flag and argue what we want, and somebody will agree with us, no matter how wrong we appear to others. Welcome to Post-Truth America.

Ethics in the same sentence as Walmart is an oxymoron.
