NWA Democrat-Gazette/ANNETTE BEARD Nathan See, Pea Ridge street superintendent, brought several child car seats to the scene of an accident involving an adult male hitting children on Halleck Lane this morning. Pea Ridge's Fire Department and the Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department ambulances were dispatched to the scene.

Authorities have detained the driver of a car that crashed into a daycare teacher pushing a stroller filled with young children, injuring the teacher and two children.
