Flyin' B Farms joins Angus Association

Flyin' B Farms in Farmington is a new member of the American Angus Association, said Allen Moczygemba, chief executive officer of the national breed organization headquartered in St. Joseph, Mo.

The American Angus Association has more than 25,000 active adult and junior members. Its computerized records include information on more than 18 million registered angus.

The association records ancestral information and keeps production records and genomic data on individual animals to develop selection tools for its members.

Investment group buys bank building

The Citizens Bank building at 3350 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers was sold to 3350 PHP LLC, an investment group led by investor Andy Burnett.

The transaction was valued at $10.4 million. The three-story building is 100 percent occupied and has nearly 45,000 square feet of commercial space. No immediate changes are expected for tenants. Sage Partners will manage the facility and act as its leasing agent. Citizens Bank handled the financing for the purchase.

Sage Partners is a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Rogers, Bentonville and Little Rock, and manages more than 4 million square feet across the state.
