Arrests

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Richard Patrick Horton, 51, of 116 Snowball Drive in Gasville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain person and possession of drug paraphernalia. Horton was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Elizabeth Ann Rettus, 40, of 11517 N. Old Wire Road in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine and possession of a controlled substance. She was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with a $35,000 bond set.

• Robert Midas Young, 40, of 11555 Leonard Road in Gravette was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battering. He was being Saturday in the Benton County Jail with a $25,000 bond set.

Bentonville

• Joshua Windsor Ferguson, 26, of 3050 N. Gregg Ave. in Fayetteville in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. He was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Tyler Fox, 24, of 3187 S. City Lake Drive was arrested Friday in connection with possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fox was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond set.

Gravette

• Rebekah Ann Wiser, 35, of 100 N.W. Eighth Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of delivery of methamphetamine/cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and four counts of possession of rug paraphernalia. She was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Lincoln

• Johnathan Hewitt, 25, of 1346 Schultz Drive in Westville, Okla. was arrested Friday in connection with careless driving, possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hewitt was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Jakki Leann Rhodes, 29, of 15524 S. Arkansas 59 was arrested Friday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine. She was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with a $7,500 bond set.

Springdale

• Linda Tovias, 30, of 368 Casteel Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tovias was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center with a $15,000 bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Christopher Beal, 31, of 26 Ridge Way in Eureka Springs was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of meth or cocaine. Beal was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• An assault or battery was reported at 9:58 p.m. Friday at 1168 W. Cato Springs Road.

• An assault or battery was reported at 9:14 p.m. Friday at 2127 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 7:12 a.m. Saturday at 1446 Midway Ave.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 10:37 p.m. Friday at 3000 Gene George Blvd.
