Yasmene McDaniel was promoted to chief administrative officer of Sparks Health System. McDaniel has more than 15 years of health care experience, including associate vice president of program development and physician services at Jackson Health System in Miami and as vice president of physician services of Sparks Clinic since February 2017. She earned a master of business administration and master of health care administration from Texas Women's University in Denton and a bachelor's degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

John Sjovall joined the Bentonville office of Weichert, Realtors -- The Griffin Co. He began his real estate career in Dallas, handling commercial real estate transactions. Sjovall has more than 30 years of real estate-related experience.

Alex Fougerousse joined the Bentonville office of Weichert, Realtors -- The Griffin Co. Fougerousse graduated from John Brown University.

John Kopek joined the Bentonville office of Weichert, Realtors -- The Griffin Co. Kopek graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in agricultural business and management. He also served in the Marine Corps.

Kane Agbekoh joined the Bentonville office of Weichert, Realtors -- The Griffin Co. Agbekoh served in the Army prior to entering the real estate profession.

Dr. Sharon Little recently joined Mercy Clinic Primary Care -- Chaffee Crossing. The clinic opened in June 2017 at 7003 Chad Colley Blvd. in Barling. Little is board certified in family medicine and received her medical degree from Oklahoma State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Laura Pace, family nurse practitioner, recently joined Mercy Clinic Primary Care -- Chaffee Crossing. The clinic opened in June2017 at 7003 Chad Colley Blvd. in Barling. Pace received a bachelor of science in nursing from Arkansas Tech University and a master of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has more than seven years of experience in critical care units and is board certified as a nurse practitioner.
