Rachel Ashley Ruddell became the bride of William Arch Ford at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at The Grandeur House. Officiating was Tim Lundy of Christ Community Church.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. Deanna and John Ruddell of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Larry Nicholson, the late Judy Crews and the late Thelma Ruddell, all of Newport.

Dede and Scott Ford of Little Rock are the parents of the groom. His grandparents are Jo and Joe T. Ford of Little Rock and LaDoris and the late Ed Greenway of Paragould.

Pairs of wedding flower arrangements marked the ends of the aisle, which was lined with rose petals. Music was by vocalist Lindsay Spicer, cousin of the bride.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a trumpet-style gown of French crepe. The bodice had a V-neckline and back and a white macrame fringe belt at the waist. She carried a bouquet of white peonies, hydrangeas, garden roses, tulips and lisianthus.

Claire Holcomb of Tyler, Texas, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Haley Jones, Allie White and Caroline Davis, all of Little Rock; Katie Ruddell of Fayetteville, cousin of the bride; Mason Fender of Lee's Summit, Mo.; Hunter Bingham of Virginia Beach, Va.; Jaci Hurt of Henderson, Texas; and Beth Ann Berkman of Marble Falls, Texas. They wore sleeveless V-neck gowns and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Sawyer Welch of Memphis and James Matthew Spicer of Conway.

The groom's honor attendants were his brothers, Sam Ford of Little Rock and Joe Ford of New York.

Groomsmen were Ben Shuffield, Taylor Tomlinson and C.J. Thompson, all of Little Rock; Chris Dramberger of Round Rock, Texas; John Thomas of Delray Beach, Fla.; Peni Tagive of Sydney; Jon Michael Cude of Dallas; and Nick Meads of Tyler.

Guests were seated by Jack Ruddell, brother of the bride, and Garrett Olmsted, both of Little Rock; Bret Hausmann of San Jose, Calif.; Matt Kelly of Columbia, Mo.; Jordan Hargis of Waco, Texas; and Clay Huddleston of Nashville, Tenn.

A reception -- after the ceremony -- was also at The Grandeur House. The head table was lined with a solid row of low arrangements of white peonies, hydrangeas, garden roses and tulips and lush greenery and five tall arrangements and candles. Guest tables held a mix of tall and low arrangements of wedding flowers. Music was by Chinatown.

The bride graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing from Baylor University.

The groom also graduated from Baylor and has a bachelor's degree in journalism. He is employed with Westrock Coffee Co.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a wedding trip to Porto Heli, Greece, and the south of France.
