The father of a toddler killed in a road-rage shooting in 2016 is wanted by Little Rock police on a capital murder charge in a separate case.

The department said that Antwoin King Sr. told cold case investigators Wednesday that he would surrender to police but did not.

King is accused in the death of 38-year-old Joseph McCardell, who was found shot and killed in his home in January 2013, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette previously reported.

Police said King is the father of 3-year-old Acen Ahmeer King, who was hit by a single bullet while riding in the back seat of his grandmother's car at the intersection of Warren and Geyer Springs.

Antwoin King is reportedly considered armed and dangerous. He is known to stay with his grandmother at a Tatum Street address, police said. He stands about 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 200 pounds, according to a flyer distributed by the department.
