• Cassius Gladden, 30, of 500 Indian Trail was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by certain persons and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. Gladden was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• An assault or battery was reported at 6:46 p.m. Wednesday at 1955 W. Truckers Drive.
• Indecent exposure was reported at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday at 333 N. Saint Charles Ave. No. 510.
