• Kevin Sprow, 51, of 1327 S. Duncan Ave. No. 24 in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sprow was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
