A Sherwood woman punched a nurse Saturday because she said her IV hurt, deputies reported.
Deputies said Kayla Nicole Bryant, 25, punched a nurse in the face at Baptist Health Center when the woman attempted to place an IV in her arm, a report from the Pulaski County sheriff's office said. Deputies said the nurse had swollen eyes and a nose bleed.
Deputies arrested Bryant on a charge of second-degree battery. She was in the Pulaski County jail with no bail set as of Sunday evening.
