Authorities say a third Arkansas teen has been arrested in the deaths of two 17-year-olds who were shot last week.

Dontarrius Brown, 18, of Pine Bluff was charged with capital murder and committing a terroristic act, Police Department spokesman Lt. David De Foor said Monday.

Records show Brown was booked at 8:15 p.m. Sunday into the Jefferson County jail, where he was being held Monday afternoon with no bail set.

Also charged in the slayings are 19-year-old Jermaine Jackson and 18-year-old Carl Turner. They were arrested Saturday and Sunday, respectively, and are being held without bond at the jail on charges of capital murder and committing a terroristic act.

De Foor said officers expect to make another arrest in the fatal shootings.

A white Dodge Charger arrived Thursday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center with two people suffering gunshot wounds about 3:30 p.m., just after officers were called to a report of gunfire in the area of 27th and Orange streets, De Foor previously said. One of the injured, a 17-year-old who has not been identified, later died in surgery.

In the area where residents reportedly heard gunfire, officers found another gunshot victim inside a vehicle in a ditch near 24th and Fir streets. The 17-year-old, who has also not been identified, died before officers arrived, authorities said.

De Foor said police believe both teens who died were at one point in the same car.

Jackson and Turner were reportedly among the group that delivered the injured teen to the hospital.
