Johnnyswim and Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors, along with opening act Penny & Sparrow, will open their Goodbye Road Tour with a performance at 8 p.m. today at Robinson Center Performance Hall in Little Rock. Tickets range from $34.50 to $59.50.

The three acts -- with a total of five singer/songwriters -- are touring to promote their EP, Goodbye Road, on which they combined their talents in the wake of the racial turmoil in Charlottesville, Va., the mass murder of music fans at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas and the sudden death of rock icon Tom Petty. (The album features an acoustic version of Petty's "I Won't Back Down.")

Johnnyswim is a husband and wife duo, Abner Ramirez and Amanda Sudano (whose mother was the late singer, Donna Summer). Ramirez and Sudano, who met at a church in Nashville, Tenn., are now based in Los Angeles. They have released two studio albums, a live album, a holiday CD, three EPs and 12 singles.

Holcomb formed his band in Memphis in 2006 with his wife, Ellie.

The band is now based in East Nashville, Tenn., and has performed previously in central Arkansas clubs. They have released a dozen albums since debuting in 2005.

Penny & Sparrow is an Austin, Texas, based duo, Andy Baxter and Kyle Jahnke, who were college roommates at the University of Texas. They released their debut, album, Tenboom, in 2012 via a Kickstarter campaign.
