Home BancShares Chairman John Allison earned about $6.9 million last year, the Conway owner of Centennial Bank said Wednesday in its annual proxy statement.
Allison earned about $3.2 million in stock awards, $2.2 million for exercising stock options, a salary of about $370,000, a bonus of $500,000 and more than $500,000 in other income.
The other Home BancShares executives named in the proxy and their income last year were Tracy French, chief executive of Centennial Bank, $704,000; Kevin Hester, chief lending officer, $595,000; Brian Davis, chief financial officer, $475,000; and Randy Sims, Home BancShares' chief executive, $339,000.
Home BancShares will hold its annual meeting on April 19 at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.
