More good news for the East Village, a growing area of Little Rock that can help increase the urban footprint of the city. I was showing someone today about how this kind of development helped spur growth in cities like Austin and San Antonio, making downtown a destination for residents. These type developments are the catalysts for even greater growth that includes residential.

This is a wonderful development. I always enjoy the River Market area when I come to Little Rock though I could do without the pan handlers.
