• Evelyn Jamileht Flores, 19, of 410 Edge Hill Ave. in Lowell was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of controlled substance and distribution near certain facilities -- enhanced penalties. Flores was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Kinda Rose Bennett, 27, of 23236 W. Arkansas 12 in Gentry was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and theft of property. Bennett was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Cody Allen Lemons, 25, of 524 N. 10th St. in Muskogee, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and theft of property. Lemons was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Dorris Jenkins, 36, of 4007 Miller Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Fire
Washington County
• A structure fire was reported at 5:10 p.m. Monday at 15580 Low Gap Road in West Fork. Everyone made it out of the home. The fire started in a vehicle parked under a carport and spread to the house, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office calls for service log.
