4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Joe Blanchard, 50, of 355 7th St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Blanchard was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Darrell Benish, 33, of 565 N. Railroad St. in Winslow was arrested Thursday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia. Benish was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Emile Joseph Garmley, 58, of 11323 Pine Creek Hollow Road in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault. Garmley was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Farmington
• Misti Osborn, 34, of 5911 W. Tackett Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation. Osborn was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Springdale
• Brock Pollard, 42, of 6593 Firefly Catch Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with residential burglary, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, theft of property and criminal mischief. Pollard was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 9:47 a.m. Thursday near Kitchen Distributors at 505 W. Ash St.
• An assault or battery was reported at 5:21 a.m. Thursday near Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation Center at 3100 N. Old Missouri Road.
• An assault or battery was reported at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday near Henry Eye Clinic at 741 E. Van Asche Drive.
