For all her bluster, Jan the Ammosexual couldn't quite reach the 31% vote of Monroe Schwarzlose, the turkey farmer who famously gave Bill Clinton a scare before Frank White beat him in 1980. Even Leticia the hair braider surpassed that on the Democratic side.

Note, too, RBB, the winsome Ms. Morgan got almost 23,000 more votes than Leticia the hair braider, and almost as many as Jared Henderson the eventual landslide loser to Governor Hutchinson.
