Wedding vows were exchanged by Kimberly Brook Dandurand and James Arthur Scheerer at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 19, in the Pegasus Room at the Magnolia Downtown Dallas Hotel, Dallas. Wiley Edmonds officiated.

Parents of the bride are Mary and Michael Dandurand of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of the late Clarissa and Bernard Dandurand of Wichita, Kan., and the late Verna and Harold Dick, both of Mount Hope, Kan.

The groom is the son of Rosaline and Lawrence Scheerer of Double Oak, Texas. His grandparents are Teresa and the late Richard Scheerer of Kansas City, Mo., and the late Mary and Edward Palcher of Kansas City, Kan.

The ceremony site was decorated with blue hydrangeas and an archway draped with tulle and white and blue flowers. Music was by a string trio.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless gown of ivory and champagne crepe organza with a ruched fitted sweetheart bodice and full A-line skirt with a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of blue hydrangeas, delphinium, anemones, irises and roses.

Matron of honor was Kristin Maguire of Alexandria, Va. Bridesmaids were Mary Frances Tucker of Little Rock and Cydnie Eskew of Roanoke, Texas. They wore horizon blue dresses by Vera Wang and carried bouquets of white roses.

Flower girls were Reyna Dandurand and Sagan Hyde, both of Baton Rouge and nieces of the bride. Ring bearer was Tyler Scheerer of San Jose, Calif., nephew of the groom.

Sam Meyer of Lubbock, Texas, was best man. Groomsmen were Colin Grove of Irving, Texas; John Bliss of Dallas; and Matthew Hensley of Fort Worth. Guests were seated by Sean Dandurand of Little Rock, brother of the bride; and John Scheerer of Centennial, Colo., and Jeremy Scheerer of San Jose, brothers of the groom.

Guest tables at a reception, also in the Pegasus Room, held candles and arrangements of blue hydrangeas, delphinium, anemones, irises and roses.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in economics with international trade and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a flight attendant.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in political science from Texas Tech University. He is an Army veteran with two deployments in Afghanistan and is a logistics freight broker.

The couple will make their home in Dallas after a wedding trip to Nassau, Bahamas.
