• Roberto Ruiz-Ontiveros, 61, of 123 Wilmoth Ave. in Decatur was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault. Ruiz-Ontiveros was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Sonny James Arnold, 45, of 8 Liddy Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with residential burglary. Arnold was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $18,500 bond.

• Aaron James Huey, 41, of 8760 Haven Drive in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with domestic battering. Huey was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Jeffery Allen Lewis, 19, of 412 Maple St. Lot 2 in Huntsville was arrested Sunday in connection with theft by receiving. Lewis was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• George Del Carmen Oriarte, 73, of 766 Blair Ave. in Rona Park, Calif., was arrested Monday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance, delivery of controlled substance, manufacture of controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Oriarte was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• William Steven Shafer, 24, of 105 Right Ave. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony fleeing by vehicle with extreme indifference. Shafer was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Bentonville
• Eric Wade Keaton, 38, of 407 Lyndal Lane was arrested Sunday in connection with rape, sexual assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keaton was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Robert Marshall, 33, of Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Marshall was being held Monday in the Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond.
• Michael-Paul Edward Massengale, 40, of 195 Meadow Court in Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with felony first-degree terroristic threatening. Massengale was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Rogers
• Jacob Clarence Sargent, 18, of 17 Cardinal Court was arrested Sunday in connection with battery. Sargent was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Timothy George Wandersee, 52, of Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening. Wandersee was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Nelvin Marcano-Beck, 18, of Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drugs with intent to deliver; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property; and forgery. Marcano-Beck was being held Monday in the Washington County Jail on $2,500 bond.
