Adam Bracks will become CEO for Siloam Springs Regional Hospital on Nov. 26. He has more than 17 years of health care leadership experience, most recently as CEO for AllianceHealth Seminole in Seminole, Okla. He earned a bachelor's degree in in physiotherapy from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia, and a senior executive master's degree in business administration from University of Tennessee.

Danielle Green and Connor Brogan of Layers, a Springdale photographer business, were selected as Rangefinder's 30 Rising Stars of 2018. Rangefinder is the official publication of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International.

Dr. Adam L. Skarda recently joined Washington Regional Medical Center as an emergency medicine physician. Skarda earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed a residency in emergency medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.

Alfred Milam, a Fayetteville attorney, was recognized for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys. The institute is a third-party attorney rating organization, which publishes an annual list of the Top 10 Criminal Law attorneys in each state.

Celina J. Walker joined Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC as an associate with the business practice group where she will serve as counsel to financial institutions, providing legal guidance on lending and transactional matters. Walker earned a juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a bachelor of arts from the University of Arkansas.

Brandi Watson recently joined Washington Regional Medical Center as an advanced practice registered nurse for the stroke care program. After graduating from Arkansas State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing, Watson earned a master of nursing science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She achieved board certification as an adult/gerontology acute care nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a nurse for more than 20 years, and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association.

George Purvis was promoted to vice president/facilities director and special assets/appraisal coordinator for Cornerstone Bank, a locally owned bank based in Carroll County. He has been with Cornerstone since 2006. Purvis graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor's degree in biology and from the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado is 2014.
