The Christmas shopping season officially got underway Nov. 7 when Holiday House opened its doors for a preview party.
It marked the 28th year the Junior League of Little Rock has held the shopping extravaganza. Merchants filled the Governor's Halls of the Statehouse Convention Center selling everything from food to Christmas decor, clothes, purses, jewelry ... something for everyone on a holiday shopping list.
Arkansas Children's Hospital was the presenting sponsor and shoppers were encouraged to take a toy to donate to the hospital. Everett Infiniti of Central Arkansas donated a 2018 Infiniti QX30 for a raffle. The dealership also sponsored a luxury lounge for shoppers with tired feet.
The four-day shop fest ended Nov. 10.
