Two central Arkansas families will compete on episodes of the TV game show Family Feud scheduled to air at the end of October.

The Gosser family from North Little Rock will appear on the show Oct. 22, 23, 24 and 25.

The team, led by 51-year-old LeighAnna Gosser, includes her brother John Gosser, 55; brother Bobby Gosser, 56; sister Jenny Gosser-Turner, 48; and sister April Gosser-Cook, 45.

"Growing up, we didn’t have a lot of brother-sister interactions where we were all playing together, being 13 years apart from youngest to oldest, so this was an opportunity to make a memory that we won’t ever forget,” LeighAnna Gosser said.

The team of siblings was one of three that the extended family sent to try out in Little Rock in January. While all three advanced through the audition round, LeighAnna Gosser’s team was the only one selected to film in Los Angeles.

“We’re smarter than we appear on TV,” she said. "When you get in front of the camera and when Steve Harvey is in front of you, sometimes you lose your mind. We hope that we represented Arkansas well and made everybody proud."

Episodes airing Oct. 25 and 26 will also feature the Kirby family from Little Rock.

Martial arts coach Nathan Kirby, 42, leads the team, which was selected to appear on the show after auditioning at the Statehouse Convention Center in January, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette previously reported.

Other members on the team include his wife Tiffany Kirby, 42; son Colton Kirby, 20; son Ashton Kirby, 17; and aunt Renee Luers-Gillispie, 47.

In Little Rock, Family Feud airs at 5 p.m. on Fox affiliate KLRT-TV.
