Guests were greeted by Cindle and Ryan Meyer as they entered Dickey-Stephens Park on Oct. 4 for the Festival of Wines: Cocktails and Cuisines. The Meyers served as event chairmen for the American Heart Association's annual fundraiser.
Attendees were given a plate and wine glass for samples when entering the concourse filled with tables of food and drinks. Wine was provided by Moon and Central Distributors, and 16 area restaurants offered samples of their food. Signature cocktails were provided by Capital Bar & Grill, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Roxor Gin and South on Main.
The evening also included live and silent auctions and music by the B-Flats. The presenting sponsor was the Arkansas Heart Hospital.
