A robber in a red wig and lipstick ordered a sandwich from a Little Rock eatery before pulling out a gun Saturday night, according to a police report.
The gunman entered the Subway at 3400 S. University Ave. around 9:40 p.m., authorities said. When an employee opened the cash drawer to get change, the robber demanded money, a report from the city's Police Department report states. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, officers noted.
The gunman was described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, having brown eyes and being unshaven. In addition to his red wig, he wore a gray hoodie, red shirt and blue jeans, police said. No race was listed.
No suspects were named, and no arrests had been made at the time of the report.
