The Little Rock School District is opening the partially completed Southwest High School Wednesday to the public for tours.
Public tours begin at 1:15 p.m. at the site, 9715 Mabelvale Pike. The new high school is to be completed and open to staff and students in August 2020, combining the student enrollments from J.A. Fair and McClellan.
Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The first tour begins at 1:15 p.m. and the last tour departs at 3 p.m.
Those interested in taking the tours must reserve a spot, and complete a waiver prior to the departure of the tour. The waiver may be completed and returned to communications@lrsd.org prior to the tour or may be turned in Wednesday at the site.
