• Franciso Garcia-Arellano, 21, of 601 N. Gutenson Road in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia-Arellano was released at 1:13 p.m. Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Robert Allen Scarbrough, 49, of 3602 W. Lupine Drive in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Scarbrough was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Ronald Jones, 33, of 505 Emma St. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with stalking and harassment. Jones was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,000 bond.
Greenland
• Philip Wallace, 35, of 1001 E. Main St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with rape, endangering the welfare of a minor and sexual indecency with a child. Wallace was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
Pea Ridge
• Tina Chanel Fletcher, 43, of 1735 Clark St. was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault of a household or family member, domestic battering and endangering the welfare of a minor. Fletcher was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Prairie Grove
• Louis Sturgeon, 47, of 210 Rogers St. was arrested Friday in connection with theft of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering. Sturgeon was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on a combined bond of $4,355.

• Aaron Anthony Humphries, 25, of 7806 S.W. Blue Jay Lane No. 2 in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with rape. Humphries was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail on $100,000 bond.

• Jesse Brock, 36, of 1702 S. Powell St. Apt. A was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brock was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
• Laura Jenkins, 23, of 3061 Miller County 9 in Fouke was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
• Octavio Soltero-Luna, 21, of Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Soltero-Luna was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
• Phaiboun Bouataipho, 41, of 3386 Foxwood Cove was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a certain person and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. Bouataipho was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
