Neighbor arrested, charged in battery in Little Rock

A Little Rock man sliced his neighbor's hand Thursday, according to an arrest report.

Officers arrested Charles Lee Johnson, 47, after speaking with his neighbor, who said Johnson had cut him with a knife, the report said. The neighbor had a cut between his middle and ring finger on his right hand, officers reported.

No reason for the assault was listed in the report.

Johnson faces a charge of second-degree battery. He was in the Pulaski County jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond Friday night.
