• FaithSpring Community Church, 1514 Market St., will observe Palm Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Sunday; have drop-in Holy Communion from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday; have a Good Friday service from 7-8 p.m. Friday; hold an Easter carnival from 10 a.m. to noon April 20; and have its Easter Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. April 21. • First United Methodist Church, 723 Center St., will observe Palm Sunday at 9 and 11 a.m. and have a Palm Parade at 10:40 a.m. Sunday. • Saint Mark's Episcopal Church, 1000 N. Mississippi St., will have a Procession of Palms and Eucharist at 8 and 10:30 a.m., and a devotional music service with a performance of the cantata The Crucifixion at 5 p.m. Sunday.

The church will have prayer at 8:30 a.m. Monday-Friday in the chapel; Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday; Maundy Thursday service with Communion, foot washing and stripping of the altar at 5:30 p.m. Thursday; Good Friday service at noon Friday; and Easter Vigil with Holy Baptism (without incense) at 6:30 p.m.
