Jerald Dewayne Hogan, 46, was cut on his stomach after pulling a man from his bicycle in Jacksonville and assaulting him, according to an arrest report from Jacksonville police. An item in Wednesday's police beat incorrectly identified the person cut with a knife during the altercation April 12.
