A&E brings back Ghost Hunters
A&E brings back Ghost Hunters

Fifteen years after Ghost Hunters introduced the world to paranormal investigation, the series returns to A&E at 8 p.m. Wednesday. This time around the show follows Grant Wilson, one of the original team leaders, and his handpicked group of professional ghost hunters as they use years of field experience to investigate hauntings across the country.

With the help of forensic experts, historical records and innovative technology, the new squad will help everyday people who are struggling with unexplained supernatural phenomena. The crew includes:

Grant Wilson is the leader of the group. Wilson's first encounter with the supernatural was at age 15. He founded The Atlantic Paranormal Society (T.A.P.S.) 15 years ago and captured the world's attention on Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International.

Daryl Marston, a co-lead investigator, the Deleware native founded his own team in 2011 and has showcased some of his live investigations on social media and as host of the podcast The American Ghost Hunter Show.

Hypnotherapist Kristen Luman is a paranormal researcher on the team. Her skills are invaluable when interviewing witnesses who believe they have experienced something supernatural, and she is often the most skeptical of the group.

Mustafa Gatallori is the paranormal historian and site analyst of the team. He's investigated alongside his New Jersey-based team and has more than 80 investigations under his belt. His focus is on private homes, and he approaches things like an investigative journalist.

Richel Stratton worked with a team in Illinois and her more than 40 investigations have included private residences and haunted locations like a haunted hotel and former psychiatric hospital.

Brian Murray, a former Marine, is the paranormal investigator of the team. His military experience brings an organized and structured approach to each investigation, from creating a plan and assigning tasks to overseeing the mission from start to finish.

Brandon Alvis is the paranormal technician of the Ghost Hunters team. He established the American Paranormal Research Association (APRA), and his investigations have included mental hospitals, prisons, private homes, murder sites and cemeteries. Brandon investigates each location meticulously before he begins to collect evidence in order to make the paranormal as credible as possible.
