To be eligible, artists or performers must live in Arkansas or have an Arkansas-based contact and must have done concerts, exhibitions, programs or lecture-demonstrations away from their home location at least twice in the past year.

Nonprofit organizations that contract with artists listed on the roster are eligible for partial reimbursement — 40% of qualified costs, up to $2,000.
