FORT SMITH NORTHSIDE 59, CONWAY 58 Host Fort Smith Northside got a defensive stop when it needed it most to help preserve a 6A-Central Conference. Conway (17-6, 8-3) had the ball with seven seconds left down 58-55 but turned it over when Noah Gordon stole the ball, was fouled and made one free throw. Conway senior Kylen Milton’s three-pointer at the buzzer set the final margin. Northside (16-9, 7-4) was led by Jaylin Williams, who finished with a team-high 15 points.

JACKSONVILLE 73, SYLVAN HILLS 47 Host Jacksonville (16-8, 7-4 5A-Central) outscored Sylvan Hills (14-11, 3-8) 20-5 in the third quarter to break open a 28-20 game. Jacksonville trailed 10-8 after the first quarter before leading 28-20 at halftime. Jordan Maxwell led Jacksonville with 17 points. Ryan Maxwell Jr. added 15 points, and Devonte Davis added 10 points.

GIRLS

CABOT 39, LR CENTRAL 31 Junior center Hannah Ogilvie scored 13 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to send Cabot to a 6A-Central Conference victory. Junior guard Izzy Arnold had 8 points and 4 rebounds, and junior center Emily Belin added 6 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks for Cabot (14-8, 5-7), which held Little Rock Central (9-13, 4-7) to 1-of-11 shooting in the fourth quarter. Senior guard Ariyanna Hall finished with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals for the Lady Tigers, who ended the night 10 of 52 from the field.

JACKSONVILLE 66, SYLVAN HILLS 48

Shymaria Christopher led host Jacksonville with 28 points in a victory over Sylvan Hills. Dakariya Jackson added 19 points for the Lady Titans. Jacksonville (16-6, 11-0 5A-Central) led 19-6 after the first quarter, 30-20 at halftime and 42-33 after three quarters.

LITTLE ROCK HALL 58, PINE BLUFF 28

Tyianna Robinson scored 17 points and the Lady Warriors (8-13, 7-4) came up with 23 steals in a 5A-Central victory over the Fillies (1-18, 1-10) at George Cirks Arena. Robinson added 5 steals and 3 assists, while senior Alexius Adams added 16 points and led the team with 7 steals. Kendra Pride scored all nine of her points in the first half as the Lady Warriors built a 33-15 advantage. Pride also came up with 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 assists. For Pine Bluff, junior Ro Willis scored eight points and grabbed seven rebounds.

MAUMELLE 69 , LITTLE ROCK PARKVIEW 67, OT Alundra McMiller made two free throws with 2.8 seconds left in overtime to give the Lady Hornets (7-17, 4-7 5A-Central) a victory over the Lady Patriots (4-15, 3-8). Jordan Cribbs-Polk led Maumelle with 16 points. Rhyan Curtis added 10 points for the Lady Hornets. Parkview was led by Kaylan Larry’s 19 points. Dynasty McGraw scored 18 points, Jumil Grant had 14 and Jordyn Williams chipped in with 11.

WATSON CHAPEL 51, WHITE HALL 35 Host Watson Chapel (15-9, 10-1 5A-Central) outscored White Hall 18-3 in the third quarter to turn a 20-19 halftime deficit into a victory. Ky’aira Ginger led Watson Chapel with 22 points.
