Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Jeff Lee Phillips, 58, of 12785 Douglas Lane in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with rape. Phillips was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Shantel Shyree Redden, 25, of 401 W. 24th St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of controlled substance. Redden was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Shannon Cox, 44, of 9570 Summit Road in Harrison was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
• Wesley Adams, 22, of 1189 West End Ave., was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Assault or battery was reported at 8:49 a.m. Friday at 415 E. Longview St.
• Burglary was reported at 9:04 p.m. Thursday at 869 Central Drive.
