STATE GOVERNMENT

The Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and the Associated Industries of Arkansas (ASCC/AIA) announced new communications director Trey Lamberth and new logistics and scheduling director Emily Lamm for Be Pro Be Proud effective immediately. Previously, Lamberth was the digital advertising director for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Lamm served as the executive director of the Arkansas State Police Foundation and chief of staff at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas after serving under Mike Beebe's deputy director of the Arkansas Governor's Mansion.

Institute for Organization Management, the professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, announced that Kellie Wall, executive director of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, has recently completed her first year at the Institute for Organization Management.

TECHNOLOGY

CTEH, LLC has named Kyla Farler, JD, CPA as its general counsel. Farler previously served as the company's accounting manager, assistant controller and associate counsel.

BANKING

Citizens Bank has promoted Michael Hoggard to the position of vice president, controller and information security officer. Hoggard spent 10 years with the public accounting firm of Erwin and Company in Little Rock.

HEALTH CARE

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences has named Jay Gandy, Ph.D. associate provost at the UAMS Northwest Regional Campus. Gandy joined UAMS in 1985, first in the department of pharmacology and toxicology in the College of Medicine, and for the past 18 years as a professor and chairman of the environmental and occupational health department in the College of Public Health.

Jennifer Dillaha, M.D., of Little Rock was presented with the 2019 Friend of Pharmacy Award at the Arkansas Pharmacists Association luncheon. Dillaha is the medical director for Immunizations and the medical adviser for health literacy and communication at the Arkansas Department of Health.

Kathy Ryan has been promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Ryan joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 1982 as a senior programmer for Medicare Part B Systems and was later promoted to director.

Gray Dillard has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Dillard served in his previous role as chief financial officer and treasurer since 2011.

Dr. John F. Jayroe and Dr. Reed M. Thomas have joined Little Rock Family Practice Clinic. Jayroe served his family medicine residency at the University of Missouri at Columbia, Mo. Thomas served his family medicine residency at Palmetto Health Family Medicine Residency Program in Columbia, S.C.

FINANCE

Shawn Parker has been appointed relationship manager at the Rabo AgriFinance office in Jonesboro. Parker serves growers in northeast Arkansas and southeast Missouri.

UTILITY SERVICES

Conway Corp. has announced the promotion of Beth McCullough Jimmerson from senior marketing coordinator to manager, marketing and communications. Jimmerson has been with Conway Corp. for eight years.

ART SERVICES

Allyson Esposito has been hired as executive director of the new regional arts service organization in Northwest Arkansas. Esposito is a professional artist, arts administrator, change management consultant and lawyer.
