• William Lee Smith, 33, of 1705 S. Lincoln St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and a parole violation. Smith is being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• George Shamma, 45, of 474 N. Corral in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with filing a false police report and insurance fraud. Shamma is being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Micheala Len Bean, 24, of 203 E. Laura St. in Rogers was arrested in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear and obstructing governmental operations. Bean is being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Bentonville
• Shawn Michael Ewert, 49, of 2900 N. Second Apt. 6 in Little Flock was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Ewert is being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Brian Vital-Osornio, 28, of 14286 Blue Mountain Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of firearm by certain persons and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Vital-Osornio was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Zachary Russell, 37, of 624 N. Oakland No. 4 was arrested Saturday in connection with criminal use of a prohibited weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Russell is being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Darrin Nelson, 32, of 890 N. Brooke Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, simultaneous possession of guns and drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nelson was also cited for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and a seat belt violation. Nelson is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
• McKinlee Akers, 19, of 944 N. Store Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault on a corrections officer, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, third-degree assault, obstructing governmental operations and being a minor in possession of alcohol. Akers was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
• Keith McDowell, 38, of 3710 S. Butterfield Trail was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane change and failure to appear. McDowell is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on $150,000 bond.
• Taylor Selby, 28, of 3340 W. Mount Comfort Road was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Selby was released from the Washington County Detention Center.
• Ryan Frakes, 29, of 3600 E. Friendship in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with theft of property and forgery. Frakes is being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Dallas Sneed, 29, of 475 Munroe Drive in Bethel Heights was arrested Monday in connection with theft of property and forgery. Sneed is being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Lowell
• Shane Mason, 29, of 833 Healing Springs Road in Cave Springs was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Mason was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Keith Edward Scott, 34, of 8540 Manor Drive in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battering. Scott was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Hal Lejohn, 34, of 915 S. Eighth St. was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battering. Lejohn was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Barbara Annette Anady, 31, of 11358 Sallie Drive was arrested Monday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine, theft of property, failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and a parole violation. Anady is being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Dwight Kawakami, 23, of 1755 Pasatiempo Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with theft by receiving. Kawakami was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
• Ace Willhoite, 38, of 2353 Lowell Road was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree domestic battery, second-degree assault on a family member, obstructing governmental operations and public intoxication. Willhoite is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Raphael Borjes, 60, of 10114 Arkansas 59 in Lincoln was arrested Saturday in connection with third-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault on a family member, second-degree false imprisonment and interference with emergency communications. Borjes is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
• Bryan Jones, 34, of 103 Angus Drive in Prairie Grove was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Jones is being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
