Dr. Mark Moss, who worked for Washington Regional as a neuroradiologist from 2006 to 2016, has returned to Washington Regional as an interventional neuroradiologist. He graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he completed a neuroendovascular fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Shannon Dillard Mitchell of Fayetteville recently completed the process to maintain her ISA accredited membership as a personal property appraiser by the International Society of Appraisers. Mitchell specializes in appraising fine art. Re-qualification is required every five years.

Jermaine Bucknor was hired as chief financial officer for Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville and Northwest Health Physicians' Specialty Hospital. He has more than 15 years of financial leadership experience as chief financial officer for Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Ormond Beach, Fla.; Florida Hospital in Flagler, Fla.; and Ponca City Medical Center in Ponca City, Okla. Bucknor earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica, and an MBA in financial management from La Sierra University in Riverside, Calif.

Randall Wagner was named branch manager of the Penmac Staffing offices in Fort Smith and Siloam Springs.He spent 15 years in retail management and sales. The staffing and human resource services firm opened a Fort Smith office in 2004 and a Siloam Springs office in 2010.

Edward Prewitt, managing director of investments at Prewitt Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors Fayetteville, was recognized as a 2019 Forbes top advisers by Forbes. Prewitt has been a financial adviser for 18 years. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Prewitt is a certified financial planner.

Robyn Rainbolt, a registered nurse in the Neuro Progressive Unit at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently earned the stroke certified registered nurse credential through the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing. Rainbolt, who has been with Washington Regional for two years, earned her certification as a licensed practical nurse at the Northwest Technical Institute in 2008 and graduated from Northwest Arkansas Community College with an associate degree in nursing in 2017. She is a member of the American Nurses' Association and the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses.

Claire Cole, a Washington Regional hospice nurse, recently earned certified hospice and palliative care nursing designation. Cole, who has worked for Washington Regional Hospice for two years, earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Janet Jenkins, a Washington Regional hospice nurse, recently earned certified hospice and palliative care nursing designation. Jenkins received an associate degree in nursing from Southern Arkansas University and has worked for Washington Regional 14 years.

Ashley Castillo, a Washington Regional hospice nurse, recently earned certified hospice and palliative care nursing designation. Castillo has worked for Washington Regional for over two years and earned her associate degree in nursing from Crowder College.
