Blarney: Hot Springs's tiny Bridge Street will be packed with a lot of wacky, green fun for the First Ever 16th Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade. The parade itself is 6:30 p.m. March 17 but there will also be musical performances March 16. This year's headliners are Smash Mouth and Three Dog Night and grand marshal is actor Ralph Macchio.
